Follow Pearl Street past the Arena, Madison Avenue, the numbered avenues until it crosses under I-787 then you pass the entrance to the Port of Albany. Go until you leave the City of Albany into the Town of Bethlehem and the speed limit jumps to 55 MPH. Now you are on River Road, Route 144. Follow 144 another 3.5 miles until you pass Wemple Road. We are on the right hand side of the road, past the RV and boat storage place.
Follow I-787 south to the South Pearl Street exit. Turn left at the light and head south on South Pearl Street. Go until you leave the City of Albany into the Town of Bethlehem and the speed limit jumps to 55 MPH. Now you are on River Road, Route 144. Follow 144 another 3.5 miles until you pass Wemple Road. We are on the right hand side of the road, past the RV and boat storage place.
If you are on the Thruway, I-87, head north towards Albany and get off at Exit 22, the Selkirk exit. After the tollbooths, turn left or north on River Road, Route 144. Go about 2.5 miles north. We are on the left or hill side of the road just past the Job Corps. If you are in Selkirk, just follow Route 396 east over the tracks to its end at River Road, Route 144, turn left, and go about 3 miles north.
Head East on Glenmont Road from the shopping centers. Go across the Thruway and all the way down the hill till it ends at River Road. Turn right on River Road, Route 144. Go about 2.5 miles south.
Head East on Elsemere Road, Route 335, from Delaware Avenue. Go across the Delmar Bypass, Route 32 and all the way to the end of the road at Feura Bush Road. Turn left then take a quick right at the light onto Wemple Road. Follow Wemple across US 9W and all the way down the hill, past the soccer club and over the Thruway and RR tracks until it ends at River Road. Turn right on River Road, Route 144. We are less than a ½ mile south on the right hand side. If you are in the southern part of Delmar by the schools, just take the 32 Bypass to the light at Elsemere Road and turn right.
Take NY 143 east through the center of the village all the way down hill until the road ends at Route 144 and go left or north. Follow River Road, Route 144, for about 8 miles north towards Albany. We are on the left or hill side of the road just past the Job Corps.
We are on the uphill or west side of River Road between Wemple and Clapper Roads. If you pass the Job Corps coming from Albany, you went too far.
